• • Prior to establishing Pickers, Ms. Lau was a Senior Fund Manager at Value Partners, where she was involved in portfolio management, investment research and leading a team of investment professionals from 2006 to 2013. Ms. Lau started her career at Credit Agricole Asset Management, where she was an investment manager focusing on Hong Kong, China and India equities.
  • She was ranked #3 in the Thomson Reuters 2010 Extel Asia Pacific Survey – All Buyside Individuals, General Equities/Strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder.

• • Tsang Hin Lok (“Jason”) began his career as an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, covering the Hong Kong property and conglomerate sectors. He was subsequently recruited to Hong Kong-listed Pacific Textiles, where he held a management and strategic planning role. In 2018, Jason joined Pickers Capital Management as Vice President in portfolio management and investment research, focused on global TMT and Asia high yield bonds. He also led the creation and launch of Pickers’ first retail fund product.
  • Jason briefly left Pickers to manage his family portfolio, concentrating on listed securities, secondary debts, and private equity investments. He reunited with the Pickers team in 2023 as Fund Manager.
  • Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from The University of Auckland and is a member of CPA Australia.

• LO Ho Shun (“Calvin”) joined Pickers in 2018 as Investment Analyst covering the auto, healthcare and consumer sectors. He was promoted to Fund Manager, playing a key role in portfolio management, investment research, risk management and fund operations. Calvin currently heads Pickers’ China equity research team.
• Calvin graduated from the Imperial College London with a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
